America’s Central Port announced on Apr. 12 that it is seeking proposals for electrical service upgrades to Building 203, an industrial warehouse at the port. The project, identified as P26-BLDG-03, includes improvements to lighting, fans, and outlets within the facility.

The request for proposals is important because it aims to enhance the infrastructure of one of the port’s key industrial buildings. Upgrading these systems may improve safety and efficiency for tenants and operations in Building 203.

Interested contractors can download the full request for proposal document from America’s Central Port’s website. Proposals must be submitted by Tuesday, May 5 at noon local time via email in PDF format to engineering@americascentralport.com. Questions regarding the RFP are due by Friday, April 24 at noon local time.

For more information or questions about this opportunity, Phil Sholl, Senior Project Manager at America’s Central Port, can be contacted by phone or email as provided in the announcement. Those interested in future bid opportunities are encouraged to register on America’s Central Port Planroom page.

The outcome of this process will determine which contractor will undertake the planned electrical improvements for Building 203.
