Aronberg Goldgehn announced on May 8 that Christopher Niro has rejoined the firm as a Member. He will serve in the Intellectual Property, Business Litigation, Business Law and Transactions, and Privacy, Cybersecurity and Technology Law practice groups.
Niro brings experience from both legal practice and executive-level business roles. His background includes work in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, growth strategy, and advising founders, management teams, and investors through significant business transitions such as formation, scaling, strategic transactions, and exits.
He advises clients on commercial decisions that affect enterprise value—including acquisitions, financings and partnerships—and assists with protecting intellectual property to align brand strategy with broader business goals. “Chris brings a rare combination of legal insight and real-world business experience that aligns seamlessly with how we serve our clients,” said Elizabeth Lazzara, firm Member and co-chair of the Executive Management Committee. “We’re thrilled to welcome him back to Aronberg Goldgehn. Having worked closely with entrepreneurs and growth-stage companies both as counsel and within the business itself, he offers a practical, strategic perspective that will be incredibly valuable to our clients.”
Niro originally joined Aronberg Goldgehn in 2019 before expanding his private sector experience as chief of staff and general counsel at Amplify Capital Group—a boutique investment banking advisory firm—and founding Niro Law Group to serve entrepreneurs. He is licensed in Illinois and New York.
