Barbara M. Clemmons, 91, passed away in Downers Grove. Originally from Chicago, she lived in Lockport before relocating. Barbara worked for 33 years at the State of Illinois Industrial Commission. She enjoyed crossword puzzles, reading, and staying connected with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Barbara cherished family time above all else. Preceded in death by her husband, son, parents, sister, and daughter-in-law, she is survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to a charity of choice in Barbara’s memory. Cremation rites have been respectfully arranged for Barbara M. Clemmons.
