The decision to bring in Brian Properties reflects the growing operational demands faced by the property’s ownership and the need for structured management systems. The multi-tenant building at 9120–9138 Medill Avenue consists of ten units ranging from about 3,500 to 3,800 square feet each and is fully leased. Each unit features a drive-in door to accommodate various light industrial and warehouse tenants.
Located in the West Cook North industrial submarket within the greater Chicago area, the property serves distribution, light manufacturing, and service-oriented users. Previously managed internally by family members, ownership decided to engage Brian Properties for more formalized operations as tenant needs increased.
Brian Properties will handle full-service property management duties including lease administration, financial reporting, tenant coordination, and maintenance oversight.
