The Chicago Public Library announced on May 21 that teens can participate in Summer at CPL by completing activities listed on this summer’s Pick 4 card. For every four activities completed, participants earn one raffle entry and a chance to win a prize at the end of the summer. Each library branch will select one grand prize winner.

After completing the first four activities, teens are eligible to receive a free Summer at CPL sticker sheet from their local branch. Those who complete twelve activities can also pick up a free Summer at CPL tote bag while supplies last. Participants are encouraged to talk to librarians and report their completed activities online.

Prizes for the program are made possible in part through support from the Chicago Public Library Foundation. Teens are also invited to visit chipublib.org/summer for information about upcoming events and reading recommendations throughout the season.

The library will begin accepting submissions of completed summer activities starting June 6.
