Country singer Ella Langley is scheduled to perform at the 2026 Illinois State Fair. The event will take place on Friday, August 21, 2026, at the Grandstand Stage in Springfield.
Langley has gained attention in the country music industry with her debut album “hungover,” which received positive reviews from several major publications. Her single “you look like you love me,” featuring Riley Green, achieved triple Platinum status and reached the Top 30 of the Billboard Hot 100. The song also set a record at the Country Music Association (CMA) Awards by winning all four categories for which it was nominated: Single of the Year (2025), Song of the Year (2025), Music Video of the Year (2025), and Musical Event of the Year (2024). She followed this with another No. 1 hit, “weren’t for the wind.”
Illinois Department of Agriculture Director Jerry Costello II commented on Langley’s upcoming performance: “We couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome Ella Langley to the Illinois State Fair. She’s one of the most exciting rising stars in country music, and her performance is sure to be a highlight for fairgoers this summer.”
Langley had a notable year at award shows, including leading with eight nominations and winning five awards at the 2025 Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards, as well as earning six nominations and three wins at the CMA Awards. Her recent single “Choosin’ Texas” marked her highest-charting debut and saw significant radio play upon release.
Rebecca Clark, Illinois State Fair Manager, stated: “Ella Langley’s energy and talent make her an incredible addition to our Grandstand lineup. Our fairgoers are going to be thrilled to see her take the stage in Springfield.”
Tickets for Langley’s concert will go on sale Saturday, December 6 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster. Prices range from $59 for Tier 3 seats up to $134 for Blue Ribbon tickets. There is also a $30 Pre-Show Party ticket available as an upgrade option for all concerts. A $5 discount applies to Tier 1 and Track tickets purchased before December 31, 2025.
The Illinois State Fair will run from August 13 through August 23, 2026.
