DAHON TECH announced on May 2 the introduction of its new LUNDEN GR, a triple-folding 20-inch bicycle designed to enhance urban mobility and performance on mixed terrain. The company said the LUNDEN GR will make its public debut at Eurobike 2026.
The release of this model is significant as it aims to address common shortcomings in similar folding bikes, such as compromised ride quality and efficiency due to inconsistent construction. The LUNDEN GR integrates DAHON’s proprietary V Tech into a triple-folding platform, seeking to combine portability with improved riding performance.
According to the announcement, the DAHON V Tech enhances frame and fork stiffness for better power transfer and precise handling. The bike features a direct connection from head tube to bottom bracket, reinforced seat stays, and integrated forged dropouts for increased stability and structural efficiency. Additional features include an adjustable D2D Stem for handlebar customization, dual-lock grips, an internal V-Quick-Lock system for secure positioning, an eight-speed Shimano hub gear system requiring low maintenance, and wide tires designed to absorb road vibrations.
The LUNDEN GR also incorporates a Dynamic Suspension System that allows riders to quickly adjust damping while riding. This system is intended to balance pedal efficiency with shock absorption over changing road conditions. A multi-stage adjustable seatpost enables ergonomic adjustments for different users.
DAHON plans to showcase the LUNDEN GR at Eurobike 2026 alongside other industry participants from around the world. The company said this participation marks another step in expanding its international presence by highlighting recent technical innovations.
