State Representative Dave Severin hosted Missy Judge of Mt. Carmel for the annual Women to Watch Conference in Springfield, according to an April 23 announcement. The event is organized by Illinois House Republican women legislators and brings together women leaders from across the state.

The conference aims to provide a networking opportunity for women leaders and includes panel discussions, a luncheon, tours of the State Capitol and Archives, committee hearings, observations of House Floor debates, and a social hour. Severin said, “I was happy to host Missy Judge in Springfield for the annual ‘Women to Watch’ networking event and conference. Missy is a leader in her career and her community. This event was an excellent opportunity for Missy to hear from, network, and learn with fellow women leaders.”

Missy Judge works as a Fraud Detection Specialist at First National Bank of Allendale and is married to Mt. Carmel Mayor Joe Judge.

Severin serves as the Republican representative for Illinois’ 116th House District after being elected in 2023; he succeeded David Friess according to Ballotpedia.
