As part of its ongoing strategic plan, Deerfield Public Schools District 109 is seeking feedback from staff, families, and community members. The district has established several key performance indicators (KPIs) that are reviewed annually. One of these KPIs is the “Net Promoter Score” (NPS), which gauges satisfaction with the overall experience provided by District 109.

To determine this score, the district asks one question: “How likely are you to recommend Deerfield Public Schools District 109 to a friend or colleague?” Participants can rate their likelihood on a scale from 1 (“Not at all likely to recommend the District”) to 10 (“Extremely likely to recommend the District”). Additionally, respondents have the opportunity to provide open-ended feedback and engage with ideas shared by others.

The survey is anonymous and will remain open until 5:00 pm on Friday, June 6, 2025. The data collected will be used to ensure that District 109 continues to effectively serve its community and fulfill its mission “to challenge, collaborate, create!”
