Frank J. Pjosek Jr., 86, a U.S. Army Veteran, entered eternal rest. He was the beloved husband for 60 years to Carol Pjosek (nee Romba), and the loving father of Jill (Bill) Wiabel, Maribeth (Joe) Durkin, and Jenna (Luis Moran) Pjosek. Frank was a proud Papa to Alison (Chris), Ryan, Elise, and Liam, and a cherished great-papa to Jackson, Elliot, and Christian.

He was the dear son of the late Frank and Clara Pjosek and a caring uncle to many nieces and nephews. Frank retired from IL Bell after serving for 40 years.

The visitation will take place on Thursday from 3-8 p.m. The funeral will be held on Friday at 9:45 a.m. from the Robert J. Sheehy & Sons Funeral Home, 9000 W. 151st Street, Orland Park, IL, proceeding to St. George Church for Mass at 10:30 a.m. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Mausoleum.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer’s Association at 225 N. Michigan Ave., 17th Floor, Chicago, IL 60601 would be appreciated.
