Geneva Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval of two development proposals

The Planning and Zoning Commission in Geneva recommended approval of the Campbell Courtyard Planned Unit Development Amendment and the Clarence Solar Special Use project on May 28.

According to a May 29 update, both proposals received unanimous support from the commission. The Campbell Courtyard PUD Amendment is scheduled to go before the City Council at 7 p.m. on Monday, June 15, at Geneva City Hall, located at 109 James Street.

A City Council meeting for the Clarence Solar Special Use project will be scheduled in the near future, though no specific date has been announced yet.

The City of Geneva Development Projects Map has been updated to reflect these recommendations. The updates provide residents with information about ongoing development activities within city limits.
