Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced on June 1 the official opening of Hyatt Place Tianjin South Railway Station, marking the debut of the Hyatt Place brand in Tianjin. The hotel is located within the Tianjin South Railway Station Business District at Perennial Healthcare City and is part of an integrated development combining healthcare, senior living, hospitality, and commercial spaces.
The property is positioned as China’s first high-speed rail Transit-Oriented Development integrating healthcare, rehabilitation, eldercare, and hotel offerings. Its location provides access for both business and leisure travelers to major districts across the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Guests can also visit nearby cultural attractions such as Five Great Avenues and Yangliuqing Ancient Town.
The hotel features 393 guestrooms and suites with floor-to-ceiling windows, signature bedding, high-speed Wi-Fi, smart climate control systems, minibars, and separate spaces for sleeping, working or relaxing. Select suites offer panoramic city views, while bathrooms include separate wet and dry areas.
