The Illinois State Fair announced on April 28 a special 24-hour flash sale for adult admission books as part of its “100 Days Out” celebration. The promotion will take place on Tuesday, May 5, allowing fairgoers to purchase Adult Admission Books for $30, which is $15 less than the regular price.

This offer gives attendees an opportunity to save money while preparing for the upcoming summer festivities at the fair. The flash sale will be available both online and in person from midnight until 11:59 p.m. on May 5.

According to the announcement, adult admission books can be purchased online at StateFair.Illinois.gov with a limit of ten per transaction. In-person purchases can be made at the Emmerson Building on the Illinois State Fairgrounds during office hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

The Illinois Department of Agriculture protects and promotes the state’s agricultural and natural resources by administering state fairs and providing consumer services such as inspections and testing. It also supports farmers through animal health programs and assistance to soil and water conservation districts, and annually tests more than 91,000 commercial weighing and measuring devices, according to the official website.

For more information about this promotion or other fair activities, interested individuals are encouraged to visit StateFair.Illinois.gov.
