Inspiration Field to host 2026 CCIW softball tournament

Inspiration Field at Carol Willis Park will host the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) Softball Tournament from May 7 to May 9, according to a May 5 announcement. The Illinois Wesleyan University softball team enters as the top seed and will begin play at 4 p.m. on Thursday, May 7.

The tournament features six teams: Illinois Wesleyan as the No. 1 seed, Millikin as No. 2, Augustana as No. 3, North Central as No. 4, Carthage as No. 5, and North Park as No. 6. The winner will receive an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Softball Tournament.

A full schedule of games is available for each day of the tournament, with matches beginning at noon on Thursday and continuing through Saturday morning if necessary. Live streams and live statistics for all games are accessible online via links provided by event organizers.

Admission prices are set at $10 per day for adults and $5 for seniors, students, and children ages six to fourteen; children five years old or younger can attend free of charge. Current CCIW students may also enter free with valid identification from a conference institution. Tickets are available in advance online or can be purchased at the venue upon arrival.

The Illinois Wesleyan Titans Women’s Softball team competes in NCAA Division III athletics within the College Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin and hosts its home games at Inspiration Field in Bloomington, Illinois, according to the official website.

As this year’s tournament unfolds at Inspiration Field—the Netting Professionals/NFCA Division III Field of the Year—fans can follow their teams both in person or through live digital coverage.
