The Illinois State Bar Association hosted its annual Member Appreciation and Recognition Reception at the Morton Arboretum in Lisle, Illinois, on May 14. The event brought together ISBA members to honor the 2025-26 award recipients.

According to the official website of the Illinois Bar Association, the organization serves more than 28,000 members and promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion to foster participation among all attorneys and enhance community wellbeing. The association also recognizes excellence through awards for pro bono service and diversity leadership.

The Illinois Bar Association supports lawyers throughout Illinois by providing continuing legal education, practice management resources, and professional networking opportunities. Administrative and educational operations are managed from the Illinois Bar Center. The association operates under an elected president, a Board of Governors, and an Assembly.

The annual reception is part of ongoing efforts by the ISBA to acknowledge contributions made by its members across various fields.
