John M. “Jack” O’Brien, 66, formerly of Oak Lawn, was the beloved husband of Rita, father of Patrick and Joseph, and devoted papa of Ronan and Maeve. He was the son of the late Jack and Jane and a dear brother and uncle to many. A memorial visitation will take place on Saturday, June 21, starting at 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Mass at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Church in Lemont, IL. Jack was a passionate Chicago sports enthusiast, a Bears season ticket holder since 1984, and an ardent White Sox fan. He will be remembered as a beloved husband, father, and grandfather. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Brother Rice High School in memory of Jack are greatly appreciated. For further information, please contact Richard J.
