John R. Durnell, aged 91, of Oak Lawn, passed away suddenly on August 1, 2025. He is survived by his beloved partner Loretta Masterson and his lovingly remembered family. A visitation to honor John will take place on Thursday, August 14th, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, August 15th, with visitation starting at 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Chapel Service at 11:00 a.m. at Curley Funeral Home in Chicago.
