Judge Cleary announced on May 21 that he will not be sitting on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. All matters originally set for hearing on that date have been rescheduled to Friday, June 12, with a revised schedule for each case.
The court said the changes affect all matters previously scheduled throughout the morning of June 10. Matters set for hearing at 9:00 AM will now be heard at 1:00 PM; those scheduled for 9:30 AM are moved to 1:30 PM; hearings set for 10:00 AM are now at 2:00 PM; those originally at 10:30 AM are shifted to a new time of 2:30 PM; and matters previously scheduled for an original time of 11:00 AM will now take place at the new time of 3:00 PM.
The notice also stated that any new motions in chapter seven and eleven cases noticed for presentment during this week should be noticed instead for Friday, June 12 at the newly designated time of either one o’clock in the afternoon or as otherwise specified by the updated schedule.
This scheduling change is intended to ensure all parties have clear guidance about when their cases will be heard and to minimize disruption caused by Judge Cleary’s absence. The court provided these details so attorneys and parties involved can plan accordingly.
Parties with questions regarding their specific hearing times or procedures related to these changes are advised to consult directly with court staff.
