Rising country music artists Kameron Marlowe and Ashley Cooke will co-headline the Du Quoin State Fair Grandstand stage on Sunday, August 30, according to a March 29 announcement from the Illinois Department of Agriculture.

The event is expected to draw fans of both performers for an evening of live country music. The fair is scheduled to run from August 28 through September 7, with tickets for the concert available starting Friday, April 3 at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster.

Illinois Department of Agriculture Director Jerry Costello II said, “Kameron Marlowe and Ashley Cooke are two of the most exciting voices in country music today. We’re proud to continue bringing outstanding talent to the Du Quoin State Fair.”

Marlowe has gained national attention with his single “Giving You Up” and debut album “We Were Cowboys.” He has received multiple RIAA Gold and Platinum certifications and accumulated more than 1.2 billion global streams. His latest single, “Seventeen,” is currently being played on country radio. Marlowe has also toured with well-known artists such as Morgan Wallen and Thomas Rhett.

Ashley Cooke joins as a breakout artist recognized for her debut album “shot in the dark” and winning Breakthrough Female Video of the Year at the CMT Music Awards in 2024. She achieved her first No.1 hit at country radio with “your place” and has performed at venues including the Grand Ole Opry.

Du Quoin State Fair Manager Luke Davison said, “This is going to be a fantastic night for country music fans at the Grandstand. With two incredible performers sharing the stage, fans can expect a high-energy show and a memorable night at the fair.”

The Illinois Department of Agriculture supports farmers, protects consumers, promotes agricultural growth across Illinois through various programs—including testing commercial weighing devices annually and distributing funds to county fairs—according to its official website.
