Kenneth J. Rossow, aged 78, of Mokena, IL, passed away on July 6, 2025. He was a U.S. Navy Veteran, known for his roles as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, Little League Manager, and Scout Leader. Kenneth was remembered as a friendly individual who enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren.

He was the beloved husband of Nancy Rossow (nee Sullivan) for 51 years and the loving father of Jeff (Erin) Rossow and Karen (Brian) Joachimsthaler. Kenneth was the cherished grandfather of Dylan, Alyson, Danny, Haddy, Grace, and Owen. He was the caring brother of Linda Rossow and the son of the late Marvin and Loretta Rossow. Kenneth will be missed by many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the Chapel Service at 1:00 p.m. at Vandenberg Funeral Home in Mokena. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery with military honors. Donations can be made to the American Diabetes Association in memory of Kenneth J. Rossow.
