The Subcommittee on Early Childhood, Elementary, and Secondary Education, chaired by Representative Kevin Kiley of California, will hold a hearing on Apr. 28 titled “Leveling Down: How Equity Policies Undermine Excellence and Harm Students.” The event is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. in the Rayburn House Office Building.
