Kirkland & Ellis announced on May 20 that it advised Argano on its acquisition of Gaea Global Technologies, an Oracle Partner. The deal brings together Argano’s consultancy expertise with Gaea’s experience in project portfolio management and supply chain execution.
The acquisition is significant as it aims to strengthen Argano’s Oracle practice and provide a more comprehensive service offering for clients. According to the company, “Gaea’s mission-critical expertise in project portfolio management, project controls solutions for large-scale mission-critical projects & infrastructure, and supply chain execution will build on Argano’s Oracle practice to create a comprehensive, industry-leading offering for clients.”
This transaction marks the thirteenth completed by Argano since launching its transformational growth program in April 2025, and the twenty-ninth since the company was founded in 2020.
The Kirkland & Ellis team working on this transaction included corporate lawyers Thomas Laughin, Jordan Rex, Abby Feeney and Bridgette Dwyer; employment & labor lawyers Christie Alcala, George Cartveli and Frank Policastri; executive compensation lawyers Stephen Jacobson and Maddison Riddick; employee benefits lawyers Maureen O’Brien and Grant Rasmussen; technology & IP transactions lawyers Matt Lovell and David Yaka; real estate lawyers Vincent Forcinito and Catherine Garner; and tax lawyers David Wheat and Jon Nelsen.
Looking ahead, the integration of Gaea into Argano is expected to further enhance client offerings through expanded capabilities.
