Kirkland & Ellis announced on May 8 that it represented Suja Life, Inc., a portfolio company of Paine Schwartz Partners, in the pricing of its initial public offering. Suja Life priced 8.9 million shares of its Class A common stock at $21 per share for the public offering.
The IPO is significant as it marks another Kirkland-led initial public offering in the first half of 2026. The shares began trading on The Nasdaq Global Select Market on May 7 under the ticker symbol “SUJA.”
In addition to the main offering, Suja Life granted underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1.3 million shares at the IPO price. The company operates in health-focused beverages, including cold-pressed juices, wellness shots and functional sodas.
The Kirkland team advising Suja Life included capital markets lawyers Michael Keeley, Ben Richards, Caleb Pilukas, Mollie Goldfarb, Bailia Duckett and Robert Maneke; corporate lawyers Corey Fox, Peter Stach, Kevin Stocks, Nicole Lawvere and Marshall Jeffries; tax lawyers Rachel Cantor, Nick Warther, Grace Nielsen and Taddie Larson; executive compensation lawyers Stephen Jacobson, Steph Matko, Jenny Cha and Yuchen Xie; and debt finance lawyers Michelle Kilkenney, Jacob Klapholz and Sam Richardson.
This transaction adds to Kirkland & Ellis’s activity in leading IPOs during early 2026.
