Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95 announced on Apr. 18 that online registration for the 2026–2027 school year is now open and must be completed through ParentVUE.
The district said all families are required to register their students as soon as possible to ensure enrollment for the upcoming academic year. Instructions are available on the district website under Parents → Registration.
Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95 serves Lake County and includes Isaac Fox Elementary School, Lake Zurich High School, Lake Zurich Middle School – North Campus, Lake Zurich Middle School – South Campus, May Whitney Elementary School, Sarah Adams Elementary School, Seth Paine Elementary School, and Spencer Loomis Elementary School, according to the Illinois Report Card.
The district enrolled 5,543 students in the 2019-2020 school year and provides education from pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade in Lake Zurich and surrounding areas of Lake County according to state data. The student population is composed of approximately 78.5 percent White students, with smaller percentages identifying as Asian (9.5 percent), Hispanic (7.5 percent), or Black (1.3 percent) according to ISBE.
There are a total of 403 teachers in the district earning an average salary of $76,420 before pension contributions; women make up about three-quarters of teaching staff while men comprise just over one-fifth. No teachers reported more than ten absences during a school year according to state data.
In terms of spending and attendance metrics from recent years: The district spent $24,707 per student in fiscal year 2020 with total expenditures reaching nearly $137 million as reported by ISBE. Chronic truancy affected about 1.8 percent—or one hundred—students during that period; this rate remains well below the statewide average of 9.6 percent according to state figures.
