On June 18, 2025, the National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) Illinois conducted a webinar to review the legislative activities in Springfield. The session was led by Illinois State Director Noah Finley, who provided an update on various proposals.

The discussion covered several tax proposals, including those related to service tax, jobs tax, and retail delivery fee. Environmental and contracting proposals were also part of the agenda. Additionally, regulatory proposals such as the Right to Sit in the Workplace and Workplace Temp Regulations were addressed.
