Heavy rock band Night Ranger is scheduled to perform at the Du Quoin State Fair on Friday, September 4, 2026. The concert will feature songs from the band’s four-decade career.

Night Ranger recently released a live album titled “40 Years and a Night with Contemporary Youth Orchestra.” The album was recorded at Cleveland’s KeyBank State Theatre and features the band performing with over 80 student musicians from the Contemporary Youth Orchestra. Songs such as “Sister Christian,” “(You Can Still) Rock In America,” and “Don’t Tell Me You Love Me” are included in this collaboration.

“Night Ranger is a band that spans generations and delivers the kind of live show that brings people together,” said Illinois Department of Agriculture Director Jerry Costello II. “We’re thrilled to welcome these rock legends to the Du Quoin State Fair and give you an unforgettable concert experience.”

The band has sold more than 17 million albums worldwide, played over 4,000 shows, and reached radio audiences of more than one billion listeners. Their discography includes multi-platinum and gold albums such as “Dawn Patrol,” “Midnight Madness,” “7 Wishes,” “Big Life,” and “Man In Motion.”

“Bringing an iconic band like Night Ranger to the fair reflects our commitment to offering quality live entertainment to fairgoers,” said Du Quoin State Fair Manager Luke Davison. “This show helps highlight the Du Quoin State Fair as a must-visit destination for live music fans.”

Tickets for the event go on sale Friday, March 6 at 10 a.m. through Ticketmaster, with prices ranging from $25 to $35 depending on tier selection.
