Oak Park and River Forest High School releases 2026 summer school schedule details

Oak Park and River Forest High School announced on May 28 that information regarding Chromebook, schedule, and ID pick-up for incoming ninth graders and students new to the district is now available. The school outlined a specific pick-up schedule for these students, while those in grades ten through twelve will receive their Summer School ID on June 8 prior to attending class.

Schedules for all summer school participants will be accessible via Skyward/Family Access by June 6. Students are instructed to enter the building through the Welcome Center located on Scoville Avenue. Oak Park and River Forest High School serves grades nine through twelve with an enrollment of 3,393 students during the 2019-2020 academic year in Oak Park and Cook County, according to Illinois Report Card. During that same period, grade ten had the highest concentration of students at 26.2 percent; grade nine comprised 25.6 percent, grade eleven made up 25.4 percent, and grade twelve accounted for 25.3 percent of enrollment.

The student body was composed of approximately 56.9 percent white students, 18.2 percent black students, 12.6 percent Hispanic students, and 3.8 percent Asian students in the most recent reported year, according to Illinois Report Card.
