The Customer Innovation and Collaboration Centre in Hoffman Estates, near Chicago, was opened in 2012. It is the primary global research laboratory within Tate & Lyle. In addition to state-of-the-art research and development capabilities, the facility includes a culinary centre, sensory center, applications and processing labs, and comprehensive analytical and pilot plant facilities. The Centre is also the global headquarters of the Primary Products division and the North American headquarters for the Food & Beverage Solutions division.
