Petco announced on May 20 that it will release its financial results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026 at approximately 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, June 3, followed by a conference call at around 4:15 p.m. Eastern Time to discuss the results.

The company said a live webcast of the conference call, along with the earnings release and presentation, will be available on its Investor Relations page. A replay of the webcast is expected to be accessible about two hours after the event through the same link.

Petco described itself as “where the pets go” and said it has been serving pet owners for more than six decades. The company stated, “We’re proud to be ‘where the pets go’ to find everything they need to live their best lives for more than 60 years — from their favorite meals and toys, to trusted supplies and expert support from people who get it, because we live it.” Petco also highlighted its commitment to supporting pet owners through various stages of pet care.

The retailer operates over 1,500 stores across the United States, Mexico, and Chile. Customers can access products and services in-store or online via petco.com or through its mobile app. In addition to retail operations, Petco noted that since founding Petco Love in 1999, it has supported thousands of animal welfare groups nationwide and helped find homes for over seven million animals through adoption events.
