Second Century Ventures, the strategic investment arm of the National Association of Realtors, announced on May 28 the selection of six companies for its 2026 NAR REACH program.
For over a decade, REACH has focused on accelerating technology solutions in the U.S. residential real estate sector. The program aims to help real estate agents with transactions and support consumers and economic growth. Since 2019, it has expanded to include commercial and global markets, accelerating more than 375 new technologies worldwide.
Dave Garland, managing partner at Second Century Ventures, said, “The future belongs to the agile creators. As the market evolves and technology advances, our promise remains unchanged: we will continue to champion cutting-edge solutions and cultivate an environment where entrepreneurs can turn friction into opportunity while keeping agents at the center of every transaction. We don’t just wait for the future of housing to arrive—we have been dedicating ourselves to building it for years.”
The selected companies—Ai.realestate (AiRE), Association Online (AO), BrokerBot, LotRoll, MaxHome.ai, and StackWrap—address industry challenges such as data fragmentation, manual compliance processes, administrative clutter, transparency issues, affordability concerns, and supply constraints. Ashley Stinton, managing partner at NAR REACH, said: “The companies selected for this year’s program offer innovation that delivers the dynamic tools the industry needs to enter a new era of real estate and evolve the consumer experience… These tools will not only optimize the balance sheet; they will create a runway for brokers and agents to grow their businesses…”
REACH provides education opportunities including mentorships and networking events designed to expose participants’ products in global real estate markets. The initiative is backed by Second Century Ventures with support from members across various sectors.
The National Association of Realtors functions as a leading trade association representing local boards nationwide; it works toward empowering professionals in preserving property rights while delivering resources like research data and advocacy materials, according to its official website.
