The Southern Illinois University Salukis Women’s Softball team announced on April 27 that its scheduled game against SIUE has been moved to Wednesday, April 29, at 6:30 p.m. because of expected bad weather.

This change affects the team’s final home game before it hosts the Missouri Valley Conference tournament from May 6 to May 9. The Salukis currently hold a record of 29-15 overall and are second in the Missouri Valley Conference with an 18-6 conference record as they enter the last week of regular season play.

The team participates in NCAA Division I competitions, according to the official website. The Salukis play their home games at Charlotte West Stadium in Carbondale, Illinois, as reported by the official website.
