Stanislawa Koscielak, nee Tylka, aged 92, passed away on October 13, 2025. She was the cherished wife of Jan Koscielak, loving mother of Rozalia (Jozef) Dziadkowiec, dear grandmother of Jolanta (Saygi) Makino, Adam Dziadkowiec, and Katarzyna (Ted) Arnold, and dearest great-grandmother of Adelina Arnold, Theo Arnold, and Raphael Makino. Stanislawa was the daughter of the late Stefania and Bronislaw Tylka and the fond sister of the late Mieczyslaw, Tadeusz, Jan Tylka, and Genowefa Czarniak. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many relatives and friends.

Visitation for Stanislawa will be held on Thursday, October 16, 2025, at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium in Justice, Illinois, followed by a funeral on Friday, October 17, 2025, with interment at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice, Illinois.

To honor Stanislawa’s memory, contributions can be made by sending flowers or planting a tree through the floral store.
