The Standard, Brussels joins World of Hyatt loyalty program

Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced on May 6 that The Standard, Brussels has officially joined World of Hyatt, the company’s global loyalty program. This move marks the first Hyatt hotel in Belgium and expands the reach of The Standard brand within Hyatt’s network.

The addition is significant for travelers who are members of World of Hyatt, as it allows them to earn and redeem points at The Standard, Brussels. Members can also access benefits such as complimentary room upgrades and exclusive perks during their stays. The integration aims to offer more opportunities for guests to engage with The Standard’s approach to hospitality through the global platform provided by Hyatt.

To celebrate its inclusion in World of Hyatt, The Standard, Brussels will introduce two exclusive FIND experiences available for bidding with points from May 8 through May 20. One experience offers a Belgian fashion escape featuring a stay at the hotel and a curated excursion to Antwerp with shopping credits and bonus airline miles. Another experience provides a multi-city trip across Brussels, London, and Ibiza with luxury accommodations and curated dining experiences.

According to the release, “These experiences reflect The Standard brand’s long-standing commitment to creating unforgettable moments, now amplified through Hyatt’s global loyalty network.” With nearly all Standard properties now part of World of Hyatt, members have expanded options across key international destinations.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is headquartered in Chicago and manages over 1,500 hotels worldwide as of December 31, 2025. Its portfolio includes brands such as Park Hyatt, Alila, Miraval in its Luxury Portfolio; Andaz and Thompson Hotels in its Lifestyle Portfolio; along with several others spanning six continents. Subsidiaries operate programs like ALG Vacations and Mr & Mrs Smith.

World of Hyatt currently unites participating locations across multiple portfolios under one guest loyalty program serving over 63 million members globally.
