The Wheaton City Council announced on April 21 that its planning session scheduled for Monday, April 27, 2026, has been cancelled because there is no business to address.

This notice was issued in accordance with state statutes and is intended to keep the public and local reporters informed about changes to the regular schedule of city government meetings.

Andrea Rosedale, City Clerk, submitted the cancellation notice. The announcement specifies that this change only affects the planned council planning session on April 27 and does not impact other regular meetings of boards, commissions, or committees within Wheaton’s city government.

Residents who follow municipal affairs are encouraged to stay updated through official channels for any further changes or rescheduling of city council activities.

Future meeting dates will be communicated as needed by city officials.
