Willkie advises Pacific Avenue Capital Partners on proposed acquisition of ESE World

Willkie Farr & Gallagher announced on May 5 that it is advising Pacific Avenue Capital Partners in the proposed acquisition of ESE World, a European manufacturer of plastic and steel waste containers. The transaction involves an affiliate of Pacific Avenue entering into exclusive negotiations to acquire ESE World from Amcor, a global packaging company.

The potential acquisition would expand Pacific Avenue’s presence in the waste management sector. ESE World operates three manufacturing facilities located in Germany and France, serving customers worldwide.

Pacific Avenue Capital Partners is a private equity firm based in Los Angeles with an office in Paris. The firm focuses on corporate divestitures and complex situations within the middle market.

The Willkie legal team for this transaction is led by partner Hugo Nocerino alongside partner Faustine Viala, counsel Sophie Mitouard, and associates Paul Dumas, Théo Menet, and Matthieu Désert-Le Fur.
