Willem Van de Wiele, National Partner in Willkie’s Corporate & Financial Services Department, will chair the Governance of Financial Institutions & Third-Party Risk Management conference on May 19. The event is hosted by CREOBIS in Brussels, Belgium.
The conference is set to address new governance requirements for financial institutions. It will also cover the European Banking Authority’s expectations regarding non-information technology outsourcing and discuss early lessons from the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).
Van de Wiele is scheduled to deliver the introduction at 8:45 am Central European Time and will lead a question-and-answer session at 12:30 pm. Organizers say these sessions are designed to help participants understand recent regulatory changes affecting financial institutions.
The event provides an opportunity for industry professionals to gain practical insights into regulatory developments that impact how financial institutions manage third-party risks. Attendees can learn more about registration and details through CREOBIS.
