Zelma L. Sybert, aged 97, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at St. Patrick’s Residence in Naperville, IL. She was born in Assumption, IL, and had lived in Lockport, IL. Sybert is survived by her sons Randall, Paul, Douglas, and Scott; grandchildren Charles, Andrew, Lauren, Luke, Melissa, Michelle, and Michael; ten great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Charles R. Sybert, parents John and Beulah Lambdin, and siblings John, Robert, Rosaly, and Delsie. Visitation will take place on Monday, June 23, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. until the service at 12:00 noon at Anderson Memorial Home in Plainfield, IL. Interment will follow at Elmhurst Cemetery in Joliet.
