The Illinois Department of Agriculture released another edition of Common Ground, a monthly e-newsletter from IDOA. Open the attachment to view the January 2019 edition of Common Ground, which includes a note from the new IDOA Director and information to submit comments on proposed industrial hemp production and processing rules.
