4. Request submitted by ARLINGTON PARK INTERNATIONAL RACECOURSE, LLC for approval of an Inter-track Wagering License to operate in calendar year 2022.

5. Request submitted by ARLINGTON PARK INTERNATIONAL RACECOURSE, LLC for approval of Inter-track Wagering Location licenses to operate in calendar year 2022.

6. Request submitted by ARLINGTON PARK INTERNATIONAL RACECOURSE, LLC for approval of concessionaire licenses to operate in calendar year 2022.

7. Appeal submitted by FAIRMOUNT PARK pursuant to Section 26(g) of the Illinois Horse Racing Act of 1975 that consent for a contract between FAIRMOUNT PARK and CHURCHILL DOWNS TECHNOLOGY INITIAVES to conduct a system of advance deposit wagering is being unreasonably withheld by the ILLINOIS HORRSEMEN’S BENEVOLENT AND PROTECTIVE ASSOCIATION.

8. Request submitted by CHURCHILL DOWNS TECHNOLOGY INITIATIVES COMPANY for approval of an Advance Deposit Wagering licenses to operate in calendar year 2022.
