➢ Update on publication of Quadrennial Review and submittal to legislature
➢ ILLINOIS CHILD SUPPORT GUIDELINES QUADRENNIAL REVIEW REPORT, 2022
7. Work Arising from the completed Quadrennial Review
➢ Update of income shares material, calculators/estimators, etc. (all published/updated 02/10/2023)
• Transition schedule of basic child support obligation (Income Shares Schedule Based on Net Income) from BR-4 to BR-5 (cost adjusted through 10/2022)
• Lower top end of the schedule from $30k to $25k
• Update of Gross to Net for 2023 tax year
• Update to 2023 federal poverty level (FPL) using HHS federal poverty guidelines updated using Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U)
▪ 2023 level is $14,580 for one person

➢ Discuss possible formation of workgroups to continue the study of the items identified in the Review
