Nina Grondin will continue to serve as a Member of the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority.*
Grondin is currently an owner and managing partner at Curioso LLC, overseeing hospitality projects across the United States and Mexico. Prior to founding Curioso, she was a designer with The Gettys Group, working on a variety of hotel projects across the United States and Asia.
She also served as a strategic design planner for a number of Hilton Worldwide properties, focusing on service brands. Grondin has been a member of the Metropolitan Pier and Exposition Authority since 2019 and is also an active member of Choose Chicago. She holds an Executive Board Member position on the Hospitality Diversity Action Council, which works to expand diversity, equality, and inclusivity across all facets of the hospitality industry.
She earned her degree in Business Administration and Economics from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. After starting her career in financial marketing, she studied Interior Design at the Illinois Institute of Art to pursue the creation of memorable and transformative experiences within the hospitality space.
