During the Detention Hearing this morning, the Court ordered McCann to remain in custody pending sentencing.

McCann was initially taken into custody prior to the trial, on Feb 9, 2024, for various reasons.

McCann’s sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 20, 2024.

For the reasons stated on the record under both 18 USC Sec. 3143 and 18 USC Sec. 3148, the Court finds that the Defendant is to be detained pending sentencing.
