Illinois Department of Revenue addresses non-compliance in direct pay permit program

The Illinois Department of Revenue (IDOR) has released a compliance alert highlighting that numerous participants in the Direct Pay Permit program (DPP) are not adhering to the necessary record-keeping, filing, and payment obligations for purchases made under the program.
