Energy assistance charge rate change effective January 2025

Effective January 1, 2025, the rates for the Energy Assistance Charge will change. This adjustment is in accordance with Section 13 of the Energy Assistance Act (305 ILCS 20/13). The new rates apply to utilities and cooperatives that served 100,000 or more Illinois customers as of January 1, 2021.
