Mary M. Sweet (Perlongo), 67, of Frankfort, passed away on December 7, 2024, at Lightways Hospice House in Joliet. She is survived by her husband Steven Sweet, daughters Jennifer Higginbotham and Julie Nakos, grandchildren Zachary, Samuel, Reed Gryczewski, Anastasia, and Theodore Nakos, sister Barbara Falkenthal, niece, nephews, great niece, and great nephew.

Mary's zest for life was evident in her role as "GiGi" to her grandchildren, and she cherished time spent with her family and friends. She retired from Proven IT in Tinley Park after many years of service.

Visitation will be held at Kurtz Memorial Chapel on December 13th, with a Funeral Mass at St. Anthony Catholic Church in Frankfort on December 14th. Interment will be private at St. Mary Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Mary M. Sweet can be made through the flower store.
