Chicago Ridge, IL - Mary Ann Hurley, aged 95 ½, passed away on February 4, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 18, 1929, in Seymour, Indiana. Mary Ann was the cherished wife of 66 years to the late Dr. John "Jack" Hurley MD and a devoted mother to her children. She was a proud grandmother and great-grandmother to many, embodying the values of love, generosity, and education.

Mary Ann was a graduate of St. Philip Neri Catholic School, Aquinas High School for Girls, and the Little Company of Mary School of Nursing. She was a faithful member of St. Cajetan Church for 63 years and adored by many in the parish. Mary Ann will be remembered for her dedication and love, known affectionately as the "Block Cop" of Campbell Avenue.

Visitation will be on Thursday, February 13, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Friday, February 14, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Curley Funeral Home. The Mass will be held at St. Cajetan Church, followed by interment at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Misericordia Heart of Mercy, St. Cajetan Catholic School, or Marist High School are appreciated.
