Orland Park, IL - Joan C. Kelly nee Boyle, age 93, late of Orland Park, passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late David F. Kelly for 61 years and the devoted mother of Patty Killackey, David M. Kelly, Peggy Wilson, Michael Kelly, Kathy Rosinia, Susan Kelly, Kim Zohrer, and Kristen Camp. Joan was the proud grandmother of numerous grandchildren and great-grandmother of many great-grandchildren. She was also the loving sister of the late Patricia Reed and Jackie Perino, and she leaves behind many other relatives.

Joan was a member of the St. Jude Players and an enthusiastic Cubs fan. She was also a dear companion to her late pup Ryleigh.

Visitation will take place on Friday, March 7, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Thornridge Funeral Home in Orland Park. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8, 2025, starting at 9:00 a.m., with Mass at St. Mary Church Mokena at 10:00 a.m., celebrated by Rev. John P. Boivin. Entombment will follow at Good Shepherd Mausoleum. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Breakthrough T1D (formerly the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).
