Lisa M. Hackett, born on November 28, 1966, passed away on April 10, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Brian Hackett and the loving mother of Katie, Maggie, and Danny Hackett. Lisa was the daughter of the late Stanley and Margaret Filipczak and sister to David Filipczak and Laura Pitsoulakis. She was also a dedicated teacher in Catholic and CPS schools, leaving a lasting impact on her students and colleagues. Lisa's generosity, warm presence, and loving smile will always be remembered. Visitation will be held on April 15, 2025, at Curley Funeral Home in Chicago Ridge, with the funeral service on April 16, 2025, at St. Rita of Cascia Shrine Chapel in Chicago. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Rush MD Anderson Cancer Center or St. Rita Shrine Chapel.
