Janusz "John" Zarebczan, aged 55, passed away on March 12, 2025. Born on October 14, 1969, to Maria and the late Feliks Zarebczan.

John's life was a testament to profound love, initially with his late wife, Aleksandra (Ola) Wojtowicz, and later with his wife, Jowita Szarkowski. He was a devoted father to his daughters, Susan and Paulina, and a pet dad to Tessa, Mushu, Lobo, Simba, and Kyubi.

Professionally, John was a skilled carpenter who brought visions to life with his craftsmanship. His work showcased his dedication and contribution to the community. John had a fascination with hummingbirds and valued beauty and hard work.

Known for his generous, handy, and loving nature, John was a pillar of strength for his family and friends. His legacy of love, laughter, and selflessness will inspire many.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, March 19, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium in Justice, Illinois. The funeral is scheduled for Thursday, March 20, 2025, at Sacred Heart Church in Palos Hills, Illinois, with Mass at 9:30 a.m. Family and friends are asked to gather directly at the church. Flowers or memorial trees can be sent through the floral store to honor John's memory.
