Malgorzata Machaj, nee Gjadla, aged 84, passed away on March 21, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of the late Karol Machaj and a loving mother to Tadeusz, Danuta, Krystyna, Miroslaw, Robert, and Grzegorz. Malgorzata was a cherished grandmother of 13 and a beloved great-grandmother of 7. She was the daughter of the late Maria and Jan Gjadla.

Visitation will take place on Monday, March 24, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Damar-Kaminski Funeral Home & Crematorium in Justice, Illinois. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2025, starting with prayers at 9:30 a.m., followed by a procession to SS. Cyril and Methodius Church in Lemont for Mass at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery in Justice.
